There are currently many dice auctions on eBay that are part of a former collection. Many of the dice who are listed by mcmichael5 are VOID-cancelled culls. Take for example this auction for a pair of Tropicana culls.

Since culls are manufacturer rejects that never saw a real table in a casino and can be manufactured long after a casino closed down, I do not consider them as "real" casino dice and put therefore a very low value on them ($2-5/pair). Please note that not all dice from the mentioned seller are culls and the he usually declares, when a pair of dice is VOID cancelled. However, in my opinion even the start bid of $6/pair is above the actual value for a pair of VOID cancelled culls.
